Try adding the Fiber counter to your Food diary. You are eating a fair amount of processed food and the more fiber you eat the more satisfied you will feel. Please be more specific as to where you are traveling. The continents of North America and South America are quite large, encompase hundreds of countries and all have different ruling bodies of government controlling food safety. Some do a great job, others not so much.

To get helpful feedback you are going to need to open your food diary so others can see what you have been eating. Part of what others will tell you as well, is to give it more time. A week is really not long enough to start seeing much weight loss yet.
