During the work week, I eat almost the same thing every morning for breakfast. I have about three items I rotate between because they are fast, easy, and nutitionaly sound. If I start the day of right it helps me make better choices for the rest of the day.

So far I have lost 11 lbs from diet, but payday is on the 15th and then I get to sign up for a gym membership. My plan is to start walking at the local gym during my lunch hour three days a week. Please check out the Eat More to Weigh Less group. If the 1270 daily calorie alotment results in a 2 day binge after 16 days, please consider a diet/way of eating that is more sustainable. You might be happier.

Try looking up the Daphne's food items (they are in the MFP library) and make choices based on that information. Grilled Steak or Chicken Kabobs would probably be a safe bet.
