What did you do for your last cheat meal?

            In and Out cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake.The next day my weight was down!
 There's my cheat meal.... next week I will be in the land of in-n-out and plan on stopping0

            I don't really do cheat meals as such, I just eat within my calories, allowing myself access to my exercise calories if I fancy, so if I want to eat something that wouldn't fit with my net calorie limit, I do more exercise that day. Tonight I am having prawn chop suey with egg fried rice, but I've done loads of exercise so hey ho 0 0

            An entire bag of Snyder's of Hanover - Pretzel Sandwiches - Peanut Butter Dipped In Hershey's Chocolate0

            I guess it would be the Wendy's single combo I had while traveling last weekend. I didn't plan or call it a "cheat meal" but it certainly wasn't healthy so I guess it was cheating a bit.0

            Well i had a lean pocket pepperoni with garlic flavor on the bread...idk if it counts hahaha.0

            California roll (6 pc) and 9 pieces of sushi (sashimi on rice) I wanted to order it without the rice and not even get the rolls it wouldn't have been so cheat ish but that was the cheapest combo and I didn't want to make my boyfriend spend a fortune on me o_O oh well I enjoyed it!0

            pierogies, doritos, pizza, ice cream, grilled cheese, rice, bread, cookies, fruit.
 it was more like a cheat week.0

            I don't have cheat meals, I just have treats and higher calorie meals occasionally when I can work it in with my calories for the day.
 The last treat (that comes to mind) was S'Mores while we were camping last weekend. A lot of calories, but after hiking all day, it was so worth it! :happy:0

            Starbucks super chocolate cake , I have it on the end of every month , just means fasting for the next day0

            Having it tonight. five guys burgers and fries little bacon burger with mushrooms mustard grilled onions and pickles. Yummy0

            going to texas roadhouse tonight... going to drop like 1600 calories in one meal most likely (by the end of the night i will still be under!)
 it's not optimal, but.... those rolls0

            I had sour cream and onion potato chips for breakfast and NO I did not count how many I ate....just sat and ate them! LOL! I was on vacation though! 0 0

 Although they have these shrimp skewers that reallllllly aren't too bad for you, especially with a plain sweet potato and steamed vegetables, you know 
 (Or you can just enjoy yourself that's totally fine!)0

            I ate chips and salsa, a taco salad, two margaritas at a Mexican restaraunt, and picked up ice cream on the way home: 2.5 cups of Blue Bunny Peanut Butter Panic! My stomach hurt so bad after all that I won't do that again! I have not eaten ice cream in a while, and I think my tummy did not like it mixin with the margs! Ended up a little over 1,000 over my daily goal!0

            Not really a cheat meal.. but yesterday while at the hospital with my dad I stress ate a candy bar early in the day.. and some french fries with cheese dip at the end of the day. I put me over by about 200 calories.
 The fries were from the hospital cafeteria and were baked instead of fried.. if that counts for anything.0

            I don't consider this my last "cheat meal" more like my last "binge meal"......
 (entire) box of rice crispies with milk....large stuffed crust pizza hut pizza (minus 2 pieces)...large Rootbeer freeze from A&W
 That was after getting on the scale to see my plateau hadn't bunged, yet again, despite my attempts 
 So after my pity party, I hopped back on that wagon to try harder and bust through...I have yet to do so, however.0

            3/4 of a 16" pepperoni pizza 
 It's ok, I recovered in 4 days!0

            Today is a cheat day for me and I haven't gone over my calories yet but I will before the day is over, so far I've had a personal pan pepperoni pizza and two chocolate hostess cupcakes and I will have more before the days is over :}0

            The AC is broken here in the office, so my cheat meal was a large Frosty from Wendy's.
 Nothing tasted so good.0

            A week ago Thursday (Doing a Big Bob Evans Breakfast this week (Saturday) which will have some Waffles and Syrup in there somewhere) went to the Bowling Alley and got a 14 in. Pizza with Pep,Saus,Mush,Onion, and Banana Peppers, 12 boneless Buffalo Wings w' celery and ranch, and hit the DQ for a Large Peanut Butter cup blizzard afterward... Delish!! Wife had a couple pieces of the pizza and 3-4 wings but I didn't share my blizzard lol....0
