I'm in my first week and so far enjoying it. Bit over eating so much protein but hey, nothing I have done in the past has worked so if this gives me results and helps me change my way of eating I will be happy :)

Trying on an old bikini at Christmas time...It doesn't fit, my thighs are covered in stretch marks and I was to embarrassed to go swimming in front of my family! The people who have seen me at my absolute worst and I was so embarrassed that I had to swim in shorts and a t-shirt :(

Thanks guys :) Am looking forward to this but yep, I'm a bit daunted. I have done a LOT of shake diets before with some success but have never really stuck to them. Now I'm looking for a lifestyle change instead of my usual quick fix...here we go!
