Thank you. From what I can understand, a little pain is good. It means that something is happening. A lot of pain however, can be bad. Well, that makes sense. It's the same with anything else, we need to challenge ourselves once in a while to progress.

Taken in front of a mirror, light arrangement by holding my camera towards me so I could see the view finder in the mirror. Then, I looked at myself in the mirror and posed while pressing the button! I think it came out okay.
