Hi Mary, I have struggled with an under active thyroid most of my life. I started taking levothyroxin about a year ago...and quickly gained back the 20 pounds I had lost. I am very frustrated at this point. :ohwell: My Doctor suggested this site to assist me with my weight loss goals. :smile:
