You all just gave me my extra motivation to get committed to morning workouts. I like working out in the morning because I rather get it out the way, Its just the getting up part especially if I don't be in the bed by 11pm. But tomorrow morning I'm getting my butt up at 5:20am!

I am shredding for my wedding as well. Mines is next September. However, I'm going dress shopping around next March- April and I want to be at my goal weight (35lbs lighter) by then. So more then enough time if I don't play around. Congrats ladies engagements!

Agreed. I hate when people be so quick to say "oh its not a real gym" or "I don't want to go there because they serve pizza" ......ok you don't have to eat the pizza or bagels! duh!. And just because the PF doesn't fit into what you "prefer" in a gym don't mean you have to go around downing it. I use to go there awhile…

5'6. CW 197 and my goal weight is 155-165. I 've gain 15 the past year and this time around I'm having the hardest time losing weight. But I am getting married next year and refuse to get a dress at the size I am at now. So by the beginning of next year I want to be at my goal weight.

lmao I love the responses here. Everyone is like EAT IT!!!! lol. I with you all. Burn an extra few calories that day if you have time and save some of your calories and just enjoy yourself. DON'T eat until you are full though. Stop when you are comfortable. And watch the carbs.

I just got the Polar FT4. and I like it. It sync with the cardio machines at the gym so my heart rate shows on there as well.
