Due to limited time I have broken out my walks throughout the day. They are roughly 15 minutes and I walk about .5 miles each time. It does no seem like much but it adds up at the end of the day/week. Maybe try that? Mini walks? Jo

Final weigh in today!!! I only lost a pound this time but hey it could be worse, I could've gained 10! lol I plan on posting a new thread this weekend with a new spreadsheet. I am tweaking it a bit so it may look different than the current format. Keep an eye out for it! Jo

I have been walking 3x a day, about half a mile each time and so far this is working out great. My walks are roughly 15 minutes each - perfect for a mini break in my work day and at the end of the day it all adds up. Jo
