Well done everyone! I have lost 14lbs in 2 months and have about 14lbs to go. Feel sooo much better. My other half has also lost about 18lbs, and walking is the key for us. Regardless of weather, we walk after work everyday and long walks at weekends. Of course logging everything goes without saying, and my fitbit is vital…

I noticed how uncomfy it feels to be overweight. I had 30lb to loose, have lost 15lb and noticed my bra is so much more comfy with out that horrible fat around my middle. Never give up. I will never be fat again, and this site and my fitbit are helping so much. Keep going!

roast thin matchstick size butternut squash in the oven, just sprinkle with smoked paprika and roast for about half an hour until crispy. Just like fries only better!

I had the exact same problem, lost weight on the old WW plan but new plan with all the free fruit was useless. I like this site very much as its simple to use and makes sense. So I'm back on it again, and determined to stick with it. Good luck to all of us!

Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're probably right!!

I did the WW pp plan and found I could eat fruit and most veg 'free', which was a disaster for me as I love fruit and veg! As already been said, the amount of calories this allows is too much (for me). Im shocked at how many calories are in fruit and veg, so MFP is perfect for me.

Well done on the workouts, but its early days. Give it a month or 2 and I bet things will have shifted. Good luck
