Oh yeah, I always seem to crave loads of food between 9-midnight. I do most of my water drinking between 6-9 to keep my belly full and I have a cup of multigrain cheerios or a plum if I am still dreaming of food. Usually it helps.

It depends on how bad I fell. This year has been a roller coaster of on and off the healthy wagon. I wait until I am a day or two in the good again until I step on that scale.

I second the Fight Club quotes and the When Harry Met Sally one also. To add, I LOVE American Beauty and I could not pick just one quote! -"My job consists of basically masking my contempt for the *kitten* in charge, and, at least once a day, retiring to the men's room so I can jerk off while I fantasize about a life that…

I have started that, on netflix. I really like the show but it does sometimes leave me a tiny melancholy.

I logged the last binge day I had before I got back on the wagon. I was almost at 5,000 calories.... I believe I was averaging 3,000-5,000 a day. I am a recovering fast food addict.

Ugh, I sure understand stress eating. I also tend to eat when i'm bored. 1,200 is very hard for me. I keep it between 1,200 and 1,350. With exercise I eat back half of my calories so I feel like 5 days a week I get to eat more. In the end, keep at it! Losing 1lb per week is way better than gaining! Feel free to add me (:

Same here but in Cali. Feel free to add me!

Yes. My grandmother is a hoarder. My mother has gone through cycles of serve anorexia since she was 16, is extremely paranoid/high anxiety and has OCD. My father was denied a transfer into the Special Ops when he was in the military because he failed the psychological exam but I am not quite sure what his exact illness is.…

Hi, i'm Heather Eloise. I'm in sunny southern California. I have been running for almost a year now. The furthest, so far, is a half marathon. I am about to wrap up my first week of Hal Higdon's Novice 1 marathon training program. I plan to run my first marathon in October and run my second half in December. (:

Never give up. Even if you have a bad day, week, month, or year. Always give yourself the benefit of the doubt that you CAN change and you are worth the effort. (:
