Today starts week seven of training for the LA marathon. I was training for the LB marathon last year but I suffered an injury and had to stop training around week five. I was wondering if any of y'all have ran the LA marathon in the past and/or are running it this year. I'd love to have more runner friends. (:

Pumpkin Protein Shake
I'm not the best at baking, but I love to experiment with protein shakes. So here's one I just made and have devoured! 12 oz of water Cinnamon (to taste) 1/2 a cup of pumpkin puree 1/2 a scoop of vanilla protein powder 1/2 a cup of greek yogurt (vanilla or plain) 1/2 a frozen banana Blend all those goodies up and YUM!
