Pumpkin Protein Shake

I'm not the best at baking, but I love to experiment with protein shakes.
So here's one I just made and have devoured!

12 oz of water
Cinnamon (to taste)
1/2 a cup of pumpkin puree
1/2 a scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 a cup of greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
1/2 a frozen banana

Blend all those goodies up and YUM!

    Have you tried it with milk? Just curious cause I don't get enough calicum in my diet.

    I add this to my Vitamix for a thick and unconventional shake:
    1/4 cup So Delicious unsweetened Coconut milk
    1/2 cup Fage Total (full fat or 2%)
    3/4 scoop (26g) Trutein Vanilla protein powder
    1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    1 tablespoon hazelnut butter
    1/2 teaspoon Saigon Cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
    1 hulled strawberry (yes, I added strawberry)
    4 icecubes
