New Friends to Help New Journey!

Hello y'all.
I have bounced between vlcd & binge eating since I was 12. I hit my biggest after I had my son back in early 2010. I was 275lbs. Then, on Halloween 2011 I was finally 168lbs. I had ran a half marathon. I was lifting (lightly!) and I thought I was healthy. Surprise surprise, I slowly started eating more and more. The binges came and the working out stopped because when you net between 5-350 calories a day....your body can't do it for that long.

After a couple months of re-evaluating and realizing the damage I was doing to my body, I stumbled across the EM2WL boards. My mind was blown. Since I am currently training for my first marathon and I want to start lifting heavy, I decided that I should actually feed my body right.

Today is my 11th day of eating more. I must say I feel a little tired and hungry all of the time, but I am running better and lifting with more ease.

POINT IS: I'd love to have more friends that are on this lifelong journey to properly nourish their bodies. So let's add and support each other!
