I have Type 2 diabetes and PCOS and I'm doing my best to get and keep it all under control. I've managed to lose 70lbs and bring my A1C from a 9.5 to 5.9 and I work hard everyday to do better. I'm sending you a FR as I think we have a similar weight loss goal.

I agree with all of the above. I walked into Fleet Feet @ 330lbs and they gave me as much if not more attention than the average clientel. I'm at 301 now...down from 347. I've lost and gained the same 50 lbs for 10 years and I am super serious now. Eating less crap and moving more...thats my plan. Feel free to add me.

That's awesome. I got lucky and my sister ended up having lots of jeans and shirts that were too big for her now...so she let me pick through them and I have jeans until I am back in a 18 (it'll be a while but I'm patient) But I would suggest Goodwill or similar for jeans/pants. I have a gym membership and I love it. I joined the YMCA. It's 4 miles from my house and I took advantage of their sliding scale for a decent month rate.
