  • Weekends are the worst!!! But I've never really logged my calories so I'm going to do that this weekend. So tired of working hard all week only to gain it back over the weekend.

  • Hi! Would love motivation buddies as well. The last 10-15 are super tough. CW= 140 GW=130 I go between 138 -145...super annoying. Anytime I get to the high 130's I start to slack off. Drives me nuts.
  • I just picked up a container today. Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein . Apparently the planets purest protein. Not sure of thats true however tastes good so there's that. First time I've been able to enjoy protein powder mixed with water and nothing else.

  • I agree with saving your calories. I've started planning what I'm going to eat each day and have it all entered the day before. For me it's wine. :)

  • I started "showing" around 7 weeks. This is my second pregnancy and I hear you tend to show earlier with the second...but a lot of it was bloating. Some days I look much bigger than others...depends on how gassy I am or how much I ate. Fun stuff huh?

  • I'm 5'7 and currently weigh 137. I'm trying to get back to 130. I started on MFP about a month ago or so ago. After having my baby I hovered around 150lbs...finally got serious about losing the weight a couple months ago.
