so are mine. mom is hard of hearing and dad is deaf. I'm in college working on my degree in interpreting. I still have a lot of learing to do, so I trying to surround myself with more deaf people to increase my skills.

The only time I do is for my signature and even then it's not really required, some people just print. 3, 4, 5th grade, which ever is was, was the most time I spent writing in cursive and that was just one class for a little while; when they stopped and moved on to…

I thought it was good that you are under your calorie intake as long as it's not too much under and eating regularly.... is that not right? I'm suppose to eat exactly 1200 calories?

I'm a total weakling (lol) but I bought the 5lbs yestersay and 30ds and worked out today. Any less and I was afraid I wouldn't see the results I wanted and any more....well.... I can just forget about it, because it ain't happening. I also have the killer buns and thighs DVD.

Thanks. How should I record the workout DVDS I do? I mean it has strength training and cardio so what do i list it as "aerobics general?" and where? the cardiovasular or strengh section.....or does it not matter?

What about Weight Watchers, Smart....someting (can't think of the name) dinner/ lunch boxes,ect? aren't they healthy? I mean the ones that are sold in Walmart and other stores.

I would like to lose 15lbs, however, my fitness pal gives me a daily calorie goal of 1470 and that seems high to me. Usually I hear people recommend 1200 calories a day, I think I even heard Jillian Michaels state that, so should I ignore the advice on the MFP and customize it or go along with it?
