Lost it before. ..gained it again, so I'm back. I made it to 125 last time and trying to get back that that weight....or at least lose enough fat to fit into my clothes and look better. I'm 5'4 and i was 160.... Think I'm 157 or something now.

I added what I did and how much in the strength training section, but it didn't show how many calories burned or give back calories.
