  • That's great. Coffee and eggs last me about an hour before hunger strikes again. Water makes me full/bloated but doesn't take away the desire to eat. I don't know what else to do to curb cravings...especially for carbs.

  • I will be visiting family soon, and only eating 2 yellow containers worth of carbs per day will be challenging to say the least. That could go in just one snack. I love the food, they love to cook, eat often and stuff people. Lol, you know how it is. Any suggestions?

  • Great, I seasoned the chicken breast strips with sea salt and herbs. Then heated a tablespoon of raw coconut oil in a pan with a little curry powder, onions, and thyme.   • I hate to say it but the Shakeology samples I got a few days into starting this really beat out my Vega one shake (which I love) in helping my soreness. But I cant afford to continue it. Any other good protein shake suggestions? I dont like the taste of RAW at all.

I feel better knowing it's muscle, even if I'm not seeing a whole lot of definition yet...at least I know I'm going forward and not backwards. I'll try a calorie deficit this month. Thanks again!
  • I have a hard time with veggies also. But a sweet potato topped with salsa and lettuce is pretty good ; a haas avocado filled with tuna ; Sauteed spinach in scrambled egg whites. Kale, apple, yogurt smoothie.

  • I would like to maintain my booty also, although I don't have the small waist like you do. Nowloss dot com also has some info on keeping that shape with hip thrusts, etc. How have you been losing the weight after you stopped herbalife? I'd love to get down some lbs and having a hard time even though I'm working out.

  • 5'3" GW=135, maybe Highest weight has been 157, didn't like that. I was too skinny at 115-120, boobs & booty were too small. So, I'm aiming for 135 but will reevaluate once (if) I get there. :)

  • I've seen this advice in other places but I don't understand: why lose weight to get 'healthier' to then risk your health through surgery to get implants, when you had breasts to begin with? for the original poster; you could try to lose the extra 10lbs, If you don't like how that looks, it won't be hard to gain 10lbs back.

  • Getting a car. Prior to getting a car, I underestimated how much exercise I got just getting places, even with taking public transportation. Driving everywhere and not adjusting how I ate had a big impact on my weight.

  • Have NO salt for the 10 days before it starts Fresh strong ginger tea. Not the bag kind. Buy fresh ginger, grate it, boil in water for 5 min. Drink often, works very well. Thermacare heat pad.
