I weigh once a week, in the morning after toilet and before breakfast as well. It's better for me if I don't obsess and weigh every day, plus daily fluctuations can be caused by any number of things besides fat gain/loss.

I'm still using the WW point system, BUT I'm watching the caloric intake via this site. WW nudges you to eat healthier but calories count!

The only difference is taste, IMO. Yes both are stevia, but Truvia does not taste near as good as the green box marked Stevia I buy at Walmart in the diabetic's section. I think Truvia adds some bulk to make it measure differently or some such. The Stevia I buy lasts a lot longer, it's sweeter and doesn't seem to have…

Yes you can freeze it. There's a recipe I have used, you freeze it in candy size dollops for frozen sweet popper treats.

I agree! I take all info into consideration and then target what is realistic. There are a LOT of schools of thought on all of weight loss topics, so you have to balance what's best for you and use common sense.
