I had a recent check for body fat and they said they remove two pounds for clothing with shoes off. So take your shoes off at doctor and add two lbs for clothing.

Are you saying you are on a plateau? If so try changing up your workout routine for awhile and play with your calorie count a bit. You need to confuse your body so it doesn't become complacent.

Don't get to frustrated if your weight goes up a little the first couple weeks you start eating more. Your body needs time to adjust and realize you aren't starving it. I did not loose a single pound in my first two weeks. Luckily didn't gain either but I have finally started to loose.

When I eat calorie dense foods I always go over in my fat. Should I be concerned about this. Avacados, Almonds etc = fat.

Are you taking any pain killers right now. NSAIDS can cause water retention. Also you should open your diary. People can help better if they can see what your doing.

They will turn any sub into a salad. If you really want a sandwich get one of the heart healthy ones and replace your mayo with avacado. Yummy also mustard is zero cals. I had a club there the other day and it was 400 cals with the avacado and cheese.
