I also weigh daily but for me I don't consider it a bad habit. I understand the fluctuations so they don't bother me as long as they aren't huge. It motivates me to try harder if necessary. Whenever I show a loss I post it and I continue to head in the right direction.

You should log it under both. The Cardio Section is only calories burned but under strength training you can keep track of your rep's, set's and weights.

I use the chocolate and I love it. Tried others and they tasted nasty. Blend it with frozen fruit and yes I saw results from it fairly quickly. I have actual muscle definition in my upper arms thanks to the powder and strength training.
