Yeah sounds like we are in the same boat and really wow.... and yeah it sucks majorily and no I havent looked into it really trying not do in type of surgery or anything like that just try and do it the old fashion way I have heard and seen that it can be done guess I just have to stay with it but thanks

Havent lost much yet but I still have that baby weight that I put on after I had my son and he's 7 lol yeah I know years of not doing anything about it till now. Not really I tried to stay below my calories and watched what I ate even though it was very hard and I did not make the best of choices I'm starting ripped in 30 and the 4x4 diet as well
