Try a hard intensity work out.. Like 30 day shred p90x etc.. Try some interval cardio 30 sec sprint 30 sec jog for 5-10 min... Bring healthy snacks.. Fresh cantelop ...watermelon..frozen grapes.oranges..u can binge just binge healthy

I have kinect.... biggest looser. Kinect adventures. Ultimate fighter, etc... I love them.! Great workouts..

Dont starve yourself.. if u feel like gettin a munchin cravin.. freeze some grapes... super sweet, and harder to eat fast cuz their cold, plus great for summer ;).... if you dont see weight loss it could be water weight... or weight gain could be muscle... take ur measurements.. its the full proof way to…

Hi all.. 24 yr old mama of 2 (4 &4mnths) I got 20 lbs to go... And no u dnt need to buy weights use water bottles. Or heavy canned goods ;)

Im taking a long walk later to stretch out my sore muscles then imma try it again today... I might use water bottles ;) instead of the 5 lbs weights just today, cuz im extra sore and I still have to carry around a 17 lbs 4 month old all day ;) good luck every1 and feel free to add me :)

I hate push ups too.. I have a bad back n it will go out on me if I put it under too much... so because I already had gym time, etc.. I. Took it a lil easy ;) im still soooooo sore
