Bbq bbq bbq!,,,, get a roast, cut in long thin strips.. marinade insome bulgogi sauce. Or leave plain, stickon skewers n when almost done add bbq.. u can even pre freeze them... n make some chicken ones for u with red peppers, onion. N add somesweet minicorn cob... brown rice.. bam super good n healthy!!

Pre plan, pre make, pre freeze all ur meals... get a crock pot and some freezer bags... take 10 mins after grocery shopping to cut n sort recipies in freezer bag... stay healthy. Let it be delicious. It was hard for the first week.. I had to learn not to add extra food and portion control.... but not I can eat 1200 and feel full.. its all mental.. think about the familys in africa that survive on practically nothing
