  • Definitely jealousy, don't let people put you off your goals, as long as you are happy and healthy and feel good that's all that matters. Some people want to be the 'best looking' friend in the group and she obviously feels threatened by your hard work  Keep it up! x

  • Thanks, I was loosing 2lb a week to start with... Now its just stopped! I think I have lost 1lb in 3-4 weeks lol... I am eating 1000-1300 per day, I don't intentionally have low calorie days when I only have 1000 its just coz I work 12 hr shifts... X
  • No I eat a lot of veggies just on days when I finish a 12 hour shift i cant be bothered to cook so I just do omelette or something quick, I eat alot of salad and nuts too... Im concerned about my carbs being so low, Its not intentional even thou I am doing low carb, they just happen to be lower than I expect lol

  • I am doing a low carb diet and it is working for me, before I started all I ate was carbs... my diet consisted of pasta, baked potatoes and I kept gaining weight. Now I have cut down to less than 40g a day and I have lost 9lb in 4 weeks, mostly off my belly as it is a lot flatter now! :D
