Fitbit HR charge 2
Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone has the Fitbit charge HR 2? I do a lot of weight training so just wondering how it tracks work outs/calories and if it is worth getting. I have a job where I'm sitting at a desk most of the day. I do cardio once or twice a week but mostly weights. Any opinions would be great! X

Runtastic or Nike+ running app?
Which do you prefer and why? I'm currently using Runtastric and have done for years however all my friends use Nike+ ... Therefore I'm thinking of swapping as I think it will motivate me having the challenges and Nike fuel points?

Butter Vs. Margarine
Is butter better for you than margarine? I have heard a lot of bad things about margarine and trans fats etc. Is full fat butter worth the 'fat content' ? Opinions?

I have never done any weights training before... It recommends on the 5x5 programme i have been looking into to train three times a week... However, I am skint and cant afford to go to the gym three times a week. What difference does it make if I go once a week? Thanks Chloe
