Website for TDEE + BMR accurate?

Heyy, can anyone tell me if this website is accurate fro TDEE + BMR?

Im getting 1782 for BMR where as on other sites I was getting 1375 ish?
For TDEE i am getting 2763?

And reccommended to eat 2210 at a 20% reduction from TDEE to loose weight? Surely this is too high?

CONFUSED... how many cals per day should I be eating to loose weight on a balanced diet, I was going low carb but scrapped that diet at least till after xmas to see how weight loss goes without it....

Have you lost anything with your 1,300-1,500 diet? How much do you have to lose?

I lost 12lb in 2 months doing low carb on 1200 per day, was never hungry and could eat loads because it was all low calorie foods. But my weight loss slowed down gradually and people were saying its because my body is in starvation mode because I am not eating enough?

the past few days not doing low carb any more I have been eating around 1300 and I am still hungry at the end of the day? I dont want to eat too many calories and maintain my weight. I want to carry on loosing steadily until I feel happy.

    i personally use

    http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

i go to advance options and choose Katch-McCardle equation which requires BF%

this is the most accurate thing

test your calories out for 2 weeks if the scale go down u r on the right track, if it goes up then reduce it by 10%-20%

the scale and experience is the only accurate way and all calculators is just a baseline to start from

Not every site uses the same BMR and TDEE calculations. Fat2fitradio can give 2 different BMRs (Harrison-Benedict and Katch McArdle), the latter using your BF%.
