STOPPING LOW CARB TILL AFTER XMAS... advice on new macro's?

I have been doing low carb for 2 months now and I have lost 10-11lb, I was eatting under 50g a day most of the time with the odd pig out day every 1-2 weeks on pizza... But now I seem to be craving carbs and I keep having bad days, and my weight loss has slowed to a halt..... maybe switching things up a bit will kick start my weight loss again and if I do start on low carb again after Christmas hopefully it will give me quick results like when I initially started?
So the plan is to stop low carb till after Christmas, change my macro's and eat healthy balanced diet (lots of fruit and fiber, which I have been lacking) with calorie limit of 1300 per day with exercise... because realistically I am not going to be able to do low carb over Christmas anyway and seeing the red numbers everyday will depress me and make me loose motivation.
Anyone got any recommendations on new macro's for balanced, healthy diet... For weight loss!?
