  • Hi I am Jo, and this is the first being apart of this group. I have been struggling for a long time with losing my last 10 to 15 lbs, I workout regularly, but it is the eating and as well as hypothyroid. I have been horrible with keeping track of my food so hoping this group can get me back on track and more accountable.
  • My journey begins today to eat clean/paleo like diet. Working out is not an issue but I would like to increase yoga to 4 days a week and Drink 3 litres of water. So far so good but the yoga. So I guess Sat and Sunday I need to get that in.

  • Didn't get a chance to make it to the gym today as my daughter got a big goose egg from walking into a pole, however this evening we went for a bike ride and I went for a run this morning. I will be even prouder if I don't dip my hand into the chips that I desperately want to eat.

  • Hi my name is Jo, I live in Alberta, Canada. My goal is to get down to 130 lbs by the end of this challenge. I plan to achieve this goal by continue logging my calories and staying with in my calories goal, going to the gym and strength training, and doing 5 to 6 days of cardio being running, biking or the elliptical.
  • I actually measure out for calories that way I have an idea what I am having, as I don't have colored cups.

  • I am gluten free and restrict dairy as lactose intolerant. Sweets and salty are both weaknesses but more so sweets. Plus boredom eating too
