Calories Total: 2910 Left to go: 580 Miles total: 19.1 Left to go: 6.9 Need to plan better had a couple night shifts this week, and really hard to get anything in there as I don't get much sleep. Must plan my week better. I am definitely losing weight.

Hi Everyone I am from Canada as well, I will be 40 in about 5 weeks and would love to be 130 by Xmas . I just switched back from strat days to shift work this is a good and bad thing as I have more time to work out when the kids are in school but hard to when working long days and eating during the night

I here yah. I have access to a gym but is hard to get to it with kids. I do stuff at home to but my issues is eating. I do well all day until after supper or right when I get home from work.
