we don't have to say what we ate, just that we did log everything on mfp. Yesturday, I did log everything but one. I was so good until my daughter asked for chips during a movie and I had some.

Weight loss is hard no matter how much you have to lose. You can do it. One thing that has helped me a little bit is my fitbit. It keeps me a bit accountable and you can link it with my fitpal. I think I would have been back where I started if I didn't have it. It keeps me moving.

Done it was hard but doable, I also managed to get in 30 pushups not consecutive.

I have been struggling, I am trying to log everything to keep me accountable but it doesn't seem to end that way. I start out good and than end up sucking. I went for a walking twice yesterday and so far once today. I am going to work out a little bit now while the kids have their breakfast.

I have been struggling with getting past 140, and it really has a lot to do with the food I eat as well as craving sugars and eating at night. My goal is to try to lose about 6 lbs in the next month. So my goal is to really eat clean.

Armour, do you guys find that better. I have been on Synthroid for almost 5 years and it does nothing for me with symptoms. And I have to work hard and watch my food intake and type to lose weight.

I love my fitbit. I do well when I eat around 1300 ish. As long as I do over 10000 steps.

Level 3 is much better, still hard but not hard enough that you hate it. I haven't taken a day off. Not that I didn't want to but I was worried that if I did I would not continue with the program. So many times I started with the 30ds and never finished. No the end is near 8 days. left. Need to figure what to do next.
