  • Today I am going to stay away from junk food and log all calories. I have been neglecting that. I can run 5 km but I would love to improve my time. Does any one have a program for that.
  • Good morning I need to do this as I am slipping into bad habits. Hoping this will help me regroup. Is there any specific things we can not have or can have. I am not going yo have processed food, no dairy or no gluten. But I will have Almond milk.
  • Starbucks sells sugar free syrup too. Not sure the ingredients. I started drinking Raspberry Green Tea drinks from Tim Hortons (Canada) similar to an Ice Capp, not a very good idea when I looked at the calorie intake and sugar.   • Brenda I to struggle with the 1200 calorie and feel I am hungry. One girl on a different group mentioned the Olivia Method, I find it is not that bad. When I really focus try no to go over 1500 if I have a good workout and if I just go for a walk etc that day than I make not go over 1350.

  • Completed all of level 1 in the first 10 days on to level 2, and I too was bored of level 1, found my self sweating more.

  • Hi I am Jo and I am 39. I am looking at losing my last 10 lbs. I am a mother of 2 a son who is almost 8 and a daughter who is almost 6. I have strayed a bit from doing some strength training, I like this workout as it is only 24 mins and well after awhile you can just do it with out playing the video (straight from memory).

  • Sorry I missed last week goals. As for week one I didn't reach no where near 20000 steps with my fitbit. I didn't do yoga everyday but I did do it a few times. Week 3 goals.   • Exercise goal : reach 20 000 steps on my fitbit 3 times this week. Wellness goal : do yoga everyday evening if it is for 5 mins. Nutritional goal : eat super clean, no dairy, no processed food, no wheat, all week long, this also includes wine.

  • Oh I think things can go out of style unless you are one of those people that can make anything look good. I think one of the big things is Capri's, you know the ones that are between calf and knee length or at knee length.
