Oh, bacon lingerie! Great idea!

Oh HELL no, thats grounds for divorce. How could he? Maybe he needs a day or two in the dog house, then offer him bacon again and see if he comes around, if not, try torture and brain washing, he'll come around eventually, if you're persistent enough. It may be a tough road ahead, but you can do this!

1# a week is a wonderful steady weight loss. I'm averaging 1# a week now, also. I eat 1200-1400 cals a day, usually have 1 higher cal day during the week, around 1800 or so. I do DDPYoga a few times a week for exercise. I cant eat back my cals either, not yet anyway.

I have lived all over the world and never had a problem finding calorie dense foods like nuts, spreads, or cheeses. Its very easy to up your calories, have some toast with your morning coffee. You said you dont pack food because its too crowded on the train, well, a handful of nuts and maybe a piece of hard cheese should…

I had the same problem when I first started. I eat 5-6 times a day now, small meals/snacks. One thing that I noticed, was after I cut out the "bad" food, it helped curb my cravings for them a lot more, it took a few weeks of diligence, but it did work. My diary is open if you would like to take a look at it, go back a week…

I own a tattoo shop, one thing I can tell you, pain is different for everyone. The tattoo procedure itself can be a little painful depending on placement and pain tolerance, it feels more like a burning or electrical sensation, the after care can feel like a really bad sunburn. Generally speaking, that high on the back…

If you want to know what your net carbs are, add the "fiber" category to your diary, then all you have to do is subtract your total fiber intake from your total carb intake to get your net carbs. I dont limit my carbs, but I do stay within my macros budget, I have mine set at 40/30/30. Edited to say, I dont count net…

Wonderful! You look like a completely different person, well done!
-
Thats wonderful! I still have a way to go, still in the obese range, but coming up on the overweight range! I'm aiming for a long-term goal BMI of 24, which would out me at around 167 lbs.

I saw these on some Channel 4 shows, havnt seen one in the US though.

This too! I noticed once I started cutting back on the fatty sugary stuff the less I craved it. I still allow myself treats now and then, we are human after-all, but I dont abuse them.
-
Take it slow, dont try to cut out all the bad foods at once or you may find yourself binging, just switch them to healthier alternatives, if you like icecream, start buying the lower fat, lower sugar versions, choose dark chocolate over milk chocolate, baked whole grain crackers over potato chips. Get a scale and some…

You know you are doing a great job when your 4 y/o notices!

Really? Some of you are criticizing her because shes "only" lost 8 lbs? Get over yourselves, if you bothered to look on her profile you would see that she only had 17 lbs total to lose, so she's halfway there. Not only that, the changes she's making are OBVIOUSLY working. Slow and steady weight loss is PROVEN to have…

DDPYoga, great cardio/body strength workout with no bouncy boobs, and like she ^ said, invest in a nice (real) sports bra.
