  • Oh, I'd tried 30DS before and ended up hurting my shoulder. The push ups were just too much. Maybe I was doing them wrong, I'm not sure. This time around I'm going to start by using the wall and work my way down to the floor. Push yourself, but don't overdo it. No need for injuries. :smile:

  • Pretty much what everyone else said. Don't give up. You probably didn't get here in only 30 days, you can't expect to get back to where you want to be in 30 days. We ALL go through not losing or seeing as much progress as we would like, but stick with it and you'll get there!

  • I'd say at the most 12lbs, but it really depends on your body. It's considered unhealthy to lose more than 2lbs per week.   • I log it. It lets me see what I REALLY ate so I know where I am in the grand scheme of things. Don't let it get you down and just get back in the groove now.
  • I do generally try to eat healthier, but if I really want something, I have it and try to stay under my calorie goal. If I go over, I don't freak out about it I just eat better the next day.

  • I will have a drink now and then but it's usually only one. I don't need to drink to enjoy being out with friends and if we do go out, I'm usually the DD so I have an excuse not to drink if they start to pressure me. I don't like how I feel when I drink so I simply don't do it.
