Even the "healthy" foods at a restaurant aren't as healthy as you could make it at home. How is scanning your boxed meal any different from scanning a couple of different items and controlling the serving size? Isn't that just an additional scan or two? It also doesn't take very long to log in and just type boneless…

I'd suggest cooking WITH him some night to make sure he knows how to do something simple. My fiance can cook well but he doesn't experiment and try new things like I do. So when he cooks, we usually have shake and bake breading on either chicken or pork and pierogies or rice and he can steam veggies on the stove with our…

You look great! Can't wait to see the afters! Keep it up!

I like option B best. Super cute and looks better than just a tank.

Combined with my knee injury, I feel the same way. Then I go and look at the pictures in the success story threads and get my motivation all over again. My knee is just now starting to feel better, yesterday and today. So I've been out of my routine for at least a week and lack the motivation to get back into it. We can do…

Try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I've seen some pretty amazing results in the arm and back area from that. :) I've lost 3lbs and 1 inch around my waist so far. My dress fitting is TOMORROW to see how it fits and if I can stand to lose some more weight between now and the wedding without putting a rush on alterations.…

We were together for 7 months before we got engaged. We are getting married in 44 days after roughly a 2.5 year engagement. I will be 23. He will be 31.

Amazing results so far! I can't wait to see the afters!!! Keep it up!

I agree. Just tone up a bit. That being said. I'd suggest finding a BMI index and shooting for the "normal" range for your age and height. There are a lot of variables that go into "how much" you should aim to lose and you haven't given us any of them.

These sound yummy! I'm going to have to try some of these. I normally have a piece of fruit, like a banana. Right now I'm working on a box of honey nut cheerios. lol Sometimes I'll make a protein shake or a smoothie.

I was told to come in for the first fitting about 6 weeks prior to see if anything needed to be changed. I imagine my final fitting would be about 2 weeks before just to make sure no last minute alterations need to be made. I don't plan on leaving it with them, I want to tell them what I want done and get an estimate of…

Hi! I am getting married in 45 days (Yikes! I can't believe it's so close!) and have been planning this wedding for about 2 years. If you have any questions at all, feel free to ask. I am looking to lose 38lbs by Christmas. I wanted to lose more than I have by the end of this week when I have my first dress fitting but oh…

I had no idea Bichon's were part of the poodle family until like 4 years AFTER I got her. ahahaha!

Missy is such a cute name for any small female dog. lol My Missy was the runt and I got her at 8 weeks, her nickname is Peanut/P-Nut. I have "P-Nut" in a tattoo. She is so dramatic!

I write left handed, and eat left handed. Everything else I do right handed. I both throw and catch a ball right handed, which makes baseball/softball difficult. I can catch easier with my left hand than I can throw with my left hand. Throwing left handed is just a nightmare.

We have a 7 year old Bichon Frise named Missy. She's about 14lbs and was my Sweet 16 present. We also have a 7ish year old "Lab Mix" named Charlie. We are pretty sure he is lab/pit. He is about 66lbs. We adopted him around 5 years old. My fiance wants either a husky or shepard but they're not permitted where we…

Bump. I sent this to my grandma and she made it...but she made it like a traditional dump cake and didn't read the instructions. She just layered the pineapple and cake mix instead of mixing them together without the extra ingredients listed on the box. The result was a powdery layer, though it still tasted good. I'm…

Bump for later.

Great job! You look awesome!

Peanut Butter and Fluff sandwich. Pretty lame. We are out of lunch meat and I didn't go to the store for any this weekend.

I'm 5'1" with about 38lbs to lose. :) Feel free to add me!

This, being a "wanting-to-be morning exerciser", makes me really want a smart phone. haha!

I think it really depends on how many calories you have left. 500 or less? Nah, don't worry about it. But if you have quite a lot left, I'd suggest eating something anyway, perhaps a thing of yogurt, or a serving size of pretzel sticks.

You look great! I want to be one of those girls. some day.

I had two slices of the Smart Lite 35 calorie wheat bread, 2Tblsp of Natural peanut butter and 2Tblsp of Fluff, also had two clementines and some water. I'm not sure how many calories, under 400.

Always listen to your body. While it is obviously important to push yourself during your workouts to help yourself succeed, you also need to learn the difference between pushing yourself to do your best and pushing yourself into injury. I, too, would suggest pushing through it but play it by ear and if your body just…

I just turned 23 and am looking to lose 38lbs by Christmas.

I am the same way. Two times previously I tried losing weight but just couldn't/wouldn't stick with it. The slightest injury would make me quit. Well, I have knee problems. I had very minor surgery 2.5 years ago and my knee still bothers me once in a while. Actually, it is currently bothering me, I haven't worked out in…

Amazing results, everyone. keep it up!

I made some cheesy quinoa bites once and I didn't really like them. Too much carrot flavor and not enough cheese. However, I did eat some of the quinoa by itself, plain, before I tossed all the other ingredients in and it was really good. Like others, I'd suggest using it anywhere you'd use rice.
