  • I'm too lazy to go look for you but look into Quest protein bars. Can be found at GNC and likely other specialty stores.
  • Check out www.goneforarun.com. I don't have any medals but I have a ton of race bibs that I wanted to keep so I got this BibFolio for Christmas. http://www.goneforarun.com/Running_BibFOLIO_p/tr-14709.htm This one is kinda cool. You can write your PRs with dry erase.…
  • I think, if it's really a trigger, avoid it all together. Indulge in other things in moderation, but avoid trigger foods or you could end up back and square one.
  • I have great results when I actually go... :| haha Currently: Weight lift 2 days a week: lat pulldowns tricep pulldowns seated leg curls seated leg extensions shoulder press bicep curls with barbell chest press either with a barbell laying back on a bench or using the machine weighted lunges weighted squats Cardio 2-3 days…
  • I'm on day 3 right now. The workouts are tough, but short and do-able. The amount of food you get with all your containers is a lot more than you'd think. I'm hardly ever actually hungry. I do still get cravings, but, again, I'm only on day 3. I definitely think it's worth it. If you don't want to continue using…
  • HI!! I'm almost 26, 5'1" and 170. Shooting for about 130. I lost 20 but put some back on. :disappointed:
  • I haven't been into Dollar Tree in a long time but I do know for sure that I recently bought measuring spoons from Dollar General for $1.
  • Eeeek! I love Supernatural! My husband got me hooked! We just finished Season 9 on Netflix last night...and I'm sad because Hulu and the CW website don't have all of the new season's episodes on them, just the last few. :(
  • Me, too! Me, too! I'd like to lose 30-35 by June 17th. :) I'm 25 years old, 5'1" and currently weigh around 160. Feel free to add me!
  • Check out Gym Girl Jessie's ebook "Barbells and Bikinis" "an everything guide for beginner competitors. http://www.gymgirljessie.com/#!ebook/c1inn
  • Any chinese buffet I've been to has had a salad bar. A little of your favorite chinese food and a whole lotta salad. Though, for me personally, I'd count it as a cheat, enjoy what I want and start over tomorrow.
  • Has anyone tried the new Quest Nutrition protein powders, yet? I asked for the vanilla milkshake for Christmas figuring I can add some PB2 or cocoa powder or frozen fruit to mix up the flavor.
  • Also, Mama Laughlin, a blogger I follow, just competed in her first show and she's very...straight forward with how the process was for her. If nothing else, she's hilarious to read. http://www.mamalaughlin.com/
  • I have no plans to compete but I follow "Gym Girl Jessie" on Instagram and on her website she has an ebook for beginner competitors and it's only $15. Might be worth the buy. http://www.gymgirljessie.com/#!ebook/c1inn
  • I just got my annual cookie tray from my mom last night. I put anything my husband won't eat at all right into the freezer. Anything I can't eat due to allergies or disinterest, I left out for my husband and I left one or two things out that we'll both eat that we can pick at over the next week. At work, we're constantly…
  • I'm not nearly as close to my goal as you are and I've definitely felt burned out. I took a week off. Just one week. And got back at it. I didn't over-do it too much on my week off, but I indulged more than I otherwise would have. Sometimes you have to switch it up just a bit.
  • My surgery was so minimal and non-invasive, I wasn't sent for PT as part of recovery. I don't remember him giving me exercises to do at home, either.
  • Hi! I had plica in my right knee ("Plica is a term used to describe a fold in the lining of the knee joint. Imagine the inner lining of the knee joint as nothing more than a sleeve of tissue. This sleeve of tissue is made up of synovial tissue, a thin, slippery material that lines all joints."). I saw two orthos who both…
  • Hi! We're the same age and have the same amount to lose! I started T25 last week. I kinda fell off the wagon Friday and today but going to the gym tonight and getting up early in the morning to do T25 before work. Feel free to add me!
  • I guess it depends which workout you're doing. A lot of them are more cardio based than body-weight/strength based. For most of them I'd log them as Aerobics, general. For Abs and Upper Focus I'd lean more toward Calisthenics.
  • A 30 minute Insanity DVD came out today! Aren't most of the original Insanity workouts like 45+ minutes long? I'm currently doing Beachbody's Focus T25 and love it. It's 25 minutes and I'm dripping with sweat by the time I'm done, and I follow the modifier due to a knee issue. I'm only on the second week, though, so I…
  • I'm really surprised at the amount of noes (seriously had to Google the spelling for the plural of no). I use gloves to prevent my hands from getting ripped up. I haven't had any grip issues while using them.
  • I'm 5'1" and currently 160. Hoping to get down to say 130 and then re-evaluate.
  • No tips - I just started myself! I started on Wednesday so I'm just going through each video this week and officially starting on Monday so my calendar matches theirs. Feel free to add me!
  • Hi! I started T25 yesterday but because I like things being even/easy, I'm just kinda doing my own thing for the rest of this week and starting officially on Monday so my workouts match the Alpha calendar. Stats - Age: 25 Height: 5'1" Weight: 160 lbs Goal: Lose 10 lbs. In 5 weeks that's the top end of a healthy loss so I'm…
  • I like both. I go to the gym to lift weights or to run on the treadmill in bad weather. I workout at home when I'm short on time or doing a DVD to switch things up. Though, I'm currently doing T25 so unless I work out twice a day, I probably won't make it to the gym for a couple weeks. Pros for gym - they have bigger and…
  • I haven't tasted any, yet, but I asked for Quest Nutrition's new protein powder for Christmas. I requested the vanilla because gap between the grams per serving and grams of protein is only 6 grams, meaning less fillers and other crap. I can add some PB2, cocoa powder or frozen fruit if I want a different flavor.
  • I didn't say anything "awesome" about Advocare. I simply stated that I'm a distributor, that I actually use the Herbalife because it's free though obviously not the best tasting, and that taste wise, which is what the OP was asking for opinions on, Shakeology tastes the best. I don't get free or discounted Shakeology.…
  • How is my review biased when I clearly indicate that I prefer the meal replacement shake that doesn't come from the company I'm a distributor for?
