How should I record T-25 for exercise?

    Circuit Training? That's what I used for Insanity...

    I guess it depends which workout you're doing. A lot of them are more cardio based than body-weight/strength based. For most of them I'd log them as Aerobics, general. For Abs and Upper Focus I'd lean more toward Calisthenics.
