Really not asking for your negative attitude, but thank you. Just wanting to connect with like-minded people which is clearly NOT YOU. THANK YOU! <3

I'm stacking the workouts. I make sure to do at least one 10 minute one every single day. I also jog 3 days a week, and do yoga 2 days a week. The other 2 days I'm doing 3 of these 10 minute videos stacked. Does that make sense?

Yea this exactly. PS I lost 5lbs and 8 inches in ONE WEEK. I feel AMAZING. I haven't had caffeine in that entire time, no sugar or salty foods, i'm not hungry - the shakes alone are 240 calories each. I'm not sure how anyone would be hungry. My normal breakfast used to be less than 240 calories. I feel awesome. I wanted…

Clean eating refers to avoiding anything that comes in a box. It means eating all-natural, organic plant-based foods as the majority of your food.

Try healthy fats - olive oil, nuts and seeds, and avocados are a great addition to any diet - especially if you're looking to bring up the calorie count. Plus they're nutritious.

I have a Fitbit Aria scale - I've only had it for about a month but I also have a Fitbit so I love how the whole system integrates together.

I put them whole in yogurt and cottage cheese. Very rarely I drink them down in water (but it's a weird texture once they absorb water and takes some getting used to). They add great nutritional value - I'm not sure what you mean by have they worked??

My first 10 lbs came off so easy. I've been hovering between 133-137 since May. I usually eat SOME exercise calories back only because I do exercise at random times of the day and not all in one big chunk. So I'll do 20 mins of cardio and some weights around mid-morning and I'll do 20 mins of cardio and some weights in the…

I'm 5'4" and actually my ideal weight according to several doctors is 120. I'm currently at 28% body fat.. which is rather high. My bmi is 23.3 but that's not great either.

Check my Diary .. granted I also exercise so my actual intake is usually a little higher but I'm always under 1200 net cals. Honestly I don't know how anyone eats more than like 1500 cals .. I feel sick with that much food. Healthy foods also tend to be nutrient dense instead of calorie dense.....

I'm in - Start Date: July 9th Projected End: September Following Nutrition Guide: Not really except for the nutrition ratios 40:40:20 Starting Weight: 135 Goal Weight: 125 (just for the end of insanity. 10 lbs in 60 days sounds plausible since It works out to 1lb every 6 days)

Hey, feel free to add me, although I have no child I can definitely relate to some of your other situations. I was working full time and going to school for a long time and in the last 3 years (after leaving an abusive relationship in 2005 - I met my wonderful current boyfriend in 2009) I've just gotten happy and fat. I…

Well as someone pointed out, it depends on your goals. Eat leaner and stuff that lasts - think REALLY basic and as natural as possible (if it's in a box it's no good...). Also if you're trying to lose weight than your dinner should make up less than 30% of your calories for the day. Also regarding all your activities for…

My thing is this - I usually consume about 1200 cals a day- this includes snacking and what not and my diet is normally balanced in terms of all the nutrients I take in.I love fruits, veggies, and all lean sources of protein (turkey, chicken, salmon.. etc.) I however, just generally don't enjoy high calorie foods and when…

I'm not sure what exercises you are doing but your calories burned for the day are very high - make sure this is accurate. Also you're eating a lot of food that digests quickly and isn't powering your muscles. Avoid Propel - or anything like it - and try to stick with just water.

Director of Marketing but you got really close!

I weigh after using the potty every morning (regardless of when I wake up). I consume absolutely nothing - go to the bathroom, use it, brush my teeth etc, and then take off all my clothes and get on the scale. I find it's the most accurate and the best way to compare. Some people say weighing yourself everyday is…
