Dont be afraid! think about it like this, they all had to learn the steps too! i am a total klutz! I have been known to fall down the stairs and trip over stuff all the time! It took me a couple months to get the routines down but the more you know the routines the harder you can work out!

i dont run but i do workout a lot and i get that feeling just to run! i NEED to move my body! if i dont i get grumpy and full of anxiety. Good for you!! It feels so good!!

you NEED to eat more! i posted about this yesterday and the last few days have been eating back my burned calories and have started losing again. you have to feed your body.
