this diet works because it is basically an elimination diet. you get rid of everything that causes inflammation. you can still add more protein and vegetables as long as they are healthy meats and veggies.

thanks! this has been confusing to me because it says that i burn only about 1500 cal a day before exercise. i have very muscular legs and have been lifting weights for a couple of years now so i think it has to be wrong if i only go by my weight.
