I am thinking aout getting the fitbit ultra...it is supposed to let you know how many calries you are burning a day. Has anyone else had any good results fom using a fitbit? I have recently started DDP yoga and i go to zumba and I am just stuck! Will this help me get out of my plateau or my rut or what the hell ever it is?…

leg pain!
So I do zumba twice a week and 30 day shred a few times a week, there is so much jumping the inside part of my shin is killing me! I live in a house with stairs and man it hurts to go up and down the stairs! I have been taking glutamine and that helps some but what is this! Am I building more muscle attaching to the bone…

ok so i have been watching my calories and staying at about 1200 to 1300 calories net and havent really lost anything for awhile now...so the last couple days I went way over...like between 300 and 500 over and have started losing again! this happen to anyone else? muscle development
SO do you think your muscles will develop differently depending on the type of exercise you do? for example if you run all the time will your leg muscles look differently than if you lifted weights all the time or danced for exercise?

did you notice any physical changes with yoga?
I am thinking about doing yoga...i am pretty muscular and i was wondering if yoga would change my shape or elongate my muscles. Does anyone know? I do zumba, lift wieghts and the crossfit and rowing machines but would love more flexibility also...

do you burn more calories in the heat?
I know you sweat more when its hot...but i was at zumba last night and sweating way more than usual. Does that mean i am burning more calories thant usual too?

I started on here counting my calories a month ago. I started out losing 3 pounds a week but now i have not lost a pound in a couple of weeks I actually went UP! what am i doing wrong? i have only gained back 3 pounds but DAMMIT its in the wrong direction!
