leg pain!

So I do zumba twice a week and 30 day shred a few times a week, there is so much jumping the inside part of my shin is killing me! I live in a house with stairs and man it hurts to go up and down the stairs! I have been taking glutamine and that helps some but what is this! Am I building more muscle attaching to the bone right there? And i damaging my muscle there? It only goes away if i stop working out like that for a couple weeks. does anyone know any stretches for that part of the leg?

    A lady I work with started running until it began hurting, she thought she pulled a muscle but it turned out she had a fracture. Moral of the story, if it hurts for a few days, get it checked out.
