again Thanks everyone just one more question...are you all saying that if I don't log or basically take a break from eating "clean" and splurge over the weekend that i can "undo" all my hard work i put in during the week????? Wow! could this be why I haven't seen any results????

Thanks for all your replies it really helped! and i did actually take some before pics so i will compare those to current ones. Last week it seemed that i lost an inch but now it seems like ive gained it back! this is all so confusing but it sure helps to be a part of a supportive community!

well i do not have but one experience to share with you: about two weeks ago i hosted a pole dance birthday party for myself(hence my profile pic:) and i will tell you that I don't see how anyone wouldn't lose weight and/or tone very quickly with pole dance! it was a great workout and my muscles were sore for 3 days after.…
