I drink mine black too :) I love the taste of it now.. I drink so much coffee that I wouldn't even want to think about the extra calories if I added cream and sugar.. Maybe you could try one of those fat free french vanilla creamers

If I slip up and eat something bad in the evening, I think that it gives me the freedom to eat whatever I want for the rest of the night since I already ate 1 bad thing I might as well enjoy myself and eat what I want before a new day starts and I have to be good again.. this has turned into and extra 500-1000 calories…

I'll do it with you Anne. I am getting so close too and 9 out of 10 times when I have trouble with my eating it is when I've had a few drinks.. I will promise to not have a drink until at least Easter.

That is so ironic.. my Nan just sent home a baggy of fresh jubies with my daughter last night... I absent mindedly ate one and then threw them on the top cupboard before I ate the rest! ahaha

What everyone is saying is really true...Planning ahead is best. If there is something that I REALLY want for dinner that night, then I enter it in first and plan the rest of my meals to fit in with it!

Eating 1200 calories allows me to lose 1.1 pounds a week. When I exercise I always eat my exercise calories. I eat clean 90% of the time, but once in a while I enjoy a 100 cal ice-cream bar etc.. I am a complete Diet Coke addict. I don't drink any other kind of pop. And I have to have my diet coke in a can, not a bottle. I can't give it up and I am not even close to being ready to attempt it. :ohwell: :laugh:

I plan all of my meals out at the beginning of the day. So when there is bad food around I can think about what foods I have to look forward to eating that day! It makes it easier for me to have it all planned out like that.
