  • I wasn't allowing myself a cheat day at all. But now that I've hit my goal weight I think that 1 day a week of treating myself will be okay. After all what's the point of working so hard if you can't relax and enjoy yourself once in a while!

  • Thanks a lot! I just found on the Zumba website that they offer instuctor certication classes in Ottawa...the basic 1 is like $220 and it is a 1 day class.. I'm going to have to try this out..If I like it enough it would be really easy to become an instructor!
