So Excited......... My workouts for the week consists of walking, zumba, high impact aerobics, etc.......... My three from the tabs are the one legged curl, side plank up, and the in and out lunge......... My personal goal is to keep my momentum throughout my workout.... I tend to start hard then get lazy closer to the end…
