Just bought the max trainer, I can see there will be a learning curve! My tread climber has died, unfortunately
-
I'm debating a purchase, so I'm looking for thoughts/advise...I'm interested in the Max trainer, but already have a tread climber, so it becomes.....keep considering the Max vs home gym/revolution....thoughts? Ideas? And as much as I'd really like it, both is not an option!

Rawhide theme (keep those wagons rolling)

I think there is something of a herd mentality also, that if there are numerous open spots and one person occupying palace, the next perso is going to comeup right next to the first person...kind of a primitive safety in numbers thing...but also, people who smoke, cannot smell iron themselves and don't realize how strong…

This sounds like fun...Ron Wesley is my favorite character, so Griffendor please! If this is filled then anyplace open...Thanks!!
-
I'm planning to restart this week also...I will join in...I'm with you...last hurrah this weekend!

Since I'm just starting back on the journey....I grew up in bay city, live about 20 miles north of there now, and work in saginaw
-
There is a new set of workouts coming out which I'm hoping are bit more interesting...what made me bail on the first set was the overall format was so boring .... Each little vignette the same and plugged into the new video....people will say they work, just that format was a huge negative for me

Looks good!
-
That definitely won't be an issue!

Just arrived today...I'm amazed at how fast it got here! You're right...it looks WAY too small! I did put it on to see how it feels...I actually like how it feels on my back with the extra support! Not sure about the rubbery odor yet...so will really have to keep out of bag, etc
-
Thanks for the tips! Should be here in the next week

Just ordered this....goal is to have one of the other pretty, outerwear corsets in the next few months! This, diet, exercise.......
-
So I see from looking at amazon, the corset is marked as a102...does that sound like the catalog number?
-
Waist, butt, thighs....:)
-
I just googled for corsets in Michigan to see if I could find anything relatively close...I did, so now I will really need to think about custom vs not custom!
-
Which store for off rack do you use?
-
There are a couple online stores that aren't in that price range....not sure on quality, but a couple people here have commented that they are pretty good quality
-
How do you fit for the corsets that are off the rack, what do you wear under it? To any of you interested in corsets, feel free to ask me questions. I've been doing it for a while, and I know how to get you fitted into an off the rack corset, as well as find one within your price range. [/quote]

What does one wear under the corset? And do any of you very bright folks know who has good front tying corset?
-
-
Where did you order it from?
-
Which company did you purchase from? Have you tried front lacing or the back lacing only.? It looks intriguing to me, but I'm not sure about how I would do with back lacing piece
-
Add me in as well...plan to get started again on Monday....do hers, then possibly new one Shaun T is coming out with....
-
Lots and lots of fluids!
-
Easiest in the world... Chicken Italian dressing fat free poured over chicken and bake until done. About 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

Could be interesting

When my son was in first grade, we got the proverbial note home from the teacher that needed to be signed and sent back to school for him making reference to the 'f' word. So I signed it and took it it back in so I could chat with the teacher. She WHISPERED that he had been referencing the word FART! Ohh.....THAT 'f' word!

Totally agree with all the above! The gym should have someone there to help you set up a routine to get started. After that, I bumped up my weights a bit at a time as I've felt able and I've asked for help to set up my next routine...plus they have the classes as well

I think it's lift heavier with lower reps for more bulk, lower weight more reps for lean. But even the lower weights have to give some resistance or its not going to do much anyway. There are others here who are much more knowledgeable than me, but I think that's the generalization. And of course correct diet as well
