what kind of workout routines is everyone doing? I currently do some walking, I'm doing kettleworx kettle bell daily and plan to start 30 day shred today. I need to bump up my walking as I am doing air force half marathon in September.
Who is just starting body revolution? Completed day 1.... It seems to be pretty phenomenal...Plan is to note daily ups/downs...anyone else just starting this journey? I had intended to start this yesterday actually, but other aspects of life got in the way...so I either just make today my official start, or make yesterday…
