  • i like crunch so celery with a little peanut butter is great. low fat string cheese and turkey deli meat is good too. if it's quick and easy for a snack i like that. If you like yogurt there's several low fat.
  • Try this it might help. Look at what you are eating and stick to 163 carbs 29 g fat and 98 protein. Shake up you exercise routine.
