I don't think there's anything wrong with Subway. I wouldn't eat there every day, but I like it. Especially their oven-roasted chicken...yum! :)
-
One fun-sized Kit-Kat...and a bowl of homemade chili cheese nachos.
-
I'm almost finished with the C25K program. I still don't really -enjoy- running, but I like the way it makes my legs look...so I guess I'll keep it up. :)

I don't drink alcohol. Never have, never will. :)

^^Exactly. Followed closely by Braeburn & Granny Smith.

I weigh myself every day to help keep myself on track, but I only log it once a week.
-
^^This is what I was thinking. I've had a few cysts...they're no joke.

Personally, I thought Level 2 was harder than Level 3; I had to stay on level 2 for over 2 weeks! lol.
-
Haha! I've totally done this. More often than not, though, I use the "quick add calories" feature if I have a ballpark, but not exact, figure for a food item/meal...and I'd rather OVERestimate than underestimate what I'm taking in. :)

The Vow. Pride & Predjuice (Keira Knightley version).

My Carbs/Fat/Protein percentages are currently set at 40/30/30. I just leave everything else as is. :)

Kettle-cooked salt & vinegar chips. I could probably polish off a bag in a day without even thinking about it! lol. So yeah, I don't keep them in the house.

Just started up on Week 6 today! It's hard but most worthwhile things are! Stick with it...I know I will be! Feel free to add me. :)

I make my own, as well. I partially freeze, then slice, a less-fatty cut of beef (generally a london broil steak or some other sirloin), and then marinate it in this for a day or two before putting it in the dehydrator. ----> http://allrecipes.com/recipe/dads-jerky-marinade/detail.aspx . FYI: I usually use less-sodium soy…

3 meals, plus 2-3 snacks spread throughout the day as needed. :)

If you're not motivated to go to the gym, there are lots of workouts you can do at home - in front of the TV, even, if you're so inclined. :)

Raw tomatoes or bananas.

Looks delicious! I checked the nutrition information at the bottom of the recipe's page - it's roughly 450 cals for a 1.5 cup serving.

I did it a couple of years ago when I was trying to lose weight for my wedding. For the short-term, it worked well...I dropped 24 pounds in a 3.5 month period and looked great in that dress! However, if you like carbs at ALL, I don't believe it's a long-term/sustainable solution, because when I re-integrated more carbs…

I'm slower, too! I just log the 5mph & subtract 2-3 cals/min from the total burn that MFP calculates for me. :)
-
^^This. I did it the same way - taking rest days when I needed them - and still lost several inches all around. It's worth it and you can do it!
-
Shredded beef tacos with black beans on the side! :)
-
Just don't drink coffee. Then the point is moot. haha. :)

1, How long did you plan? 6 months 2. How much did you spend? (sorry if that's personal) Was this more/less than you planned? Around $15,000...but that DOES include our honeymoon, which was about $6,500. 3. How many people were invited/ how many showed up? 250 invited,150 attended. (my husband's half of the guest list was…
